NextPhase Medical Devices LLC is a fast growing, contract manufacturer of single use and electromechanical medical devices, with facilities in Rochester, NH, Mansfield, MA, Waldwick, NJ and Tijuana, Mexico.
The IT Systems Specialist supports the various information systems of the business, while providing hardware and software support for employees and end-users across all of NextPhase. This position may be based in either our Rochester, NH or Mansfield, MA facility.
Responsibilities:
- Software and Hardware Support
- Provide end-user support of the ERP system, IQMS EnterpriseIQ
- Setup and maintenance of user, service and computer accounts in Active Directory
- Setup and maintenance of user accounts in Microsoft Office 365
- Setup of new hardware (PC's, printers, phones) and installation of required software
- Network and System Administration
- Assist in the overall effectivness, improvements and security of information Systems
- Upgrade, install and troubleshoot computer, server, and network hardware
- Monitor and maintain antivirus systems
- Maintain a suite of business applications, including various database systems
- Maintain IT hardware and software inventories
Skills & Experience Required:
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- 2+ years of relevant IT Help Desk experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with VMware a plus
- Experience with Windows Server/Active Directory environments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with ERP systems, preferrably IQMS EnterpriseIQ
- Database systems experience with SQL Server, Oracle a plus
