The new role will better position the NXP team to improve agility with a focus on meeting customers growing needs. Olsen will be responsible for harnessing the entire commercial power of the organization; leading the sales, marketing, and value stream teams; overseeing revenue and profit growth; and ensuring customer delight.

Olsen has been with NXP for 3 years and previously served as senior vice president of business development. He has 30 years of expertise in the medical device contract manufacturing space across various sales, business development and leadership roles at companies including Vention Medical, Flex and Nypro.
